Community Connections

Community Connections Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have operated continuously since 1975 and provide services to approximately 37 participants. With a staff of 55, CCI operates day services and assists with job facilitation for our individuals and helps them achieve the goals that they select for themselves. Additionally, we have 5 residential locations throughout the town of Winner. Community Connections' mission is to help real people make real choices and live real lives. We work closely with community members, guardians, and business partners to facilitate community integration, break down barriers, and create the best lives that we can for those we serve.
