Golden Prairie Manor

Golden Prairie Manor is an assisted and independent living facility consisting of 38 beautiful apartments ranging from efficiency-style to full one and two-bedroom apartments complete with a full kitchen and outdoor patio. The common areas include a spacious lobby, chapel, 2 dining rooms, a comfortable solarium area, an exercise room, and a beauty shop. We offer services of medication administration, acceptance of cognitively and physically impaired residents, residents dependent on supplemental oxygen, and residents requiring a therapeutic diet. Resident to resident interactions as well as resident and staff interactions help create a family atmosphere in a home away from home. Golden Prairie Manor is licensed by the State of South Dakota Department of Health and is a member of SDAHO - South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations.
