Winner Resource Center for Families

The Winner Resource Center for Families is a nonprofit organization that provides support, services and 24/7 crisis line to victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault at no charge. The center also provides application assistance through the Rural Office of Community Services and Salvation Army, Winner Unit 381 programs to help families with emergency funding to help pay for rent, utilities, food and propane.
